  • Event and ticket bookings: when you book tickets through Ticket Tailor, we receive your name, email address, contact number and booking details. Payment is handled directly by Ticket Tailor, and we do not see or store your full card details.

  • Website usage data: through Google Analytics, we collect information such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, time spent on the site and the website that referred you to us.

We use your personal information for the following purposes, and rely on the lawful bases shown below under UK data protection law:

  • To respond to your enquiries and correspond with you – legitimate interest.

  • To process, manage and fulfil event and ticket bookings – performance of a contract with you.

  • To send you our newsletter, where you have signed up to receive it – consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

  • To understand how visitors use our website and to improve it – legitimate interest for essential analytics, and consent for any non-essential cookies.

  • To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations – legal obligation.

  • Enquiry form messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and are then deleted, typically within 12 months.

  • Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

  • Booking records are kept in line with our accounting and tax obligations, which is currently up to six years.

10. Children's information

Our website and events are family-friendly, but we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Enquiries and bookings should be made by a parent or guardian on a child's behalf.
