2. Using our website
The content on our website is provided for general information about Hallcourt Farm, our events and what's on. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail, price or date is correct at all times, and we may change or update the website without notice.
Our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any website we do not operate.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and the Hallcourt Farm name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
3. Event and ticket bookings
Tickets for our events, such as pumpkin picking, are sold through our ticketing partner, Ticket Tailor. When you book, you are entering into a booking agreement with us for the date, time slot and number of people stated on your ticket.
Please arrive within your booked time slot. We cannot guarantee entry if you arrive significantly outside this window.
Tickets are issued for the number and type of admission stated at the time of booking (for example, adult or child tickets).
It is your responsibility to check your booking confirmation and let us know straight away if any details are wrong.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except where we are unable to provide the experience you booked, for example if we run out of pumpkins during your visit. In that situation, we will offer you a refund or the option to rebook for another date, at your choice.
If we need to cancel or reschedule an event ourselves, for example due to poor weather or conditions on the farm, we will contact you using the details on your booking and offer a refund or an alternative date.
5. Visiting the farm
Hallcourt Farm is a working farm, and the ground, weather and conditions can change. By visiting us, please keep the following in mind:
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Please wear suitable outdoor footwear and clothing for the weather and ground conditions.
Where dogs are permitted on site, they must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after.
Parking is available on site at your own risk. Please follow any parking guidance given by our team.
Please follow signage and any instructions given by our staff, particularly around animals, vehicles or farm equipment.
We may take photographs or video during events for use on our website and social media. If you would rather not be included, please let a member of our team know on the day.
6. Liability
Visiting a working farm carries some inherent risks, including uneven ground, weather and the presence of animals and machinery. You take part in your visit at your own risk, and we ask that you supervise children and follow our guidance at all times.
We maintain appropriate insurance and take reasonable care to keep our site safe. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Beyond this, we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or that arises from circumstances outside our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to these terms
